Your Key Responsibilities
• Find new clients and foster strong relationships.
• Present services clearly and handle customer concerns with confidence.
• Close deals.
• Keep accurate sales records and track customer interactions.
• Partner with the fulfillment team to ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Go to networking sessions
• Refer services that we don't offer to other contractors
• Create a clear work order for our fulfillment team to use without you there.
• Connect with customers as follow-through to engage their experience post fulfillment.
• Connect with the internal team on what we can do to improve the process.
Minimum Qualifications
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the home services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
