Founded in 1967, Panel Town & Floors has been a leading flooring retailer and distributor for more than 57 years. In 2017, Panel Town launched its eCommerce division and website with two goals in mind – serve customers nationwide and revolutionize the online, floor-buying experience. To continue in pursuit of these goals, Panel Town’s eCommerce department is looking to add a new eCommerce Associate to its team.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with a desire to work in a dynamic, startup environment. They can follow instructions, while able to execute with minimal supervision. They can maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity. Most importantly, they are eager to take on new roles and continually expand their professional knowledge base.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the packaging, shipment and fulfillment of customer orders
- Work with the eCommerce Customer Service Representative to ensure the timely preparation and shipment of inventory to destination facilities.
- Pull, pick and pack online orders through out the day
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements (must have):
- Sound understanding of e-commerce fulfillment functions (Pick, Pack, Ship, Inventory Control, Receiving and Transportation)
- Able to handle packages from small envelopes to large boxes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
