We are currently seeking a Medical Doctor (MD/DO) to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking for leadership, professional growth, and work-life balance in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your Role
- Serve as a House Attending Physician, overseeing patient care in post-acute and primary care settings.
- Manage and lead a team of house physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and medical scribes.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to coordinate and improve patient care.
- Communicate with patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
- Review patient charts and provide medical oversight and guidance as needed.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD/DO) with an active or eligible NY medical license (Assistance available for obtaining licensure)
- Board certification or eligibility in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care preferred
- Passion for team-based care and mentorship
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Subacute care differs from that of a traditional nursing facility in that it provides more intensive care to the patient until the condition is stabilized.

Our comprehensive team of professionals has years of experience in Geriatrics, Pain Management, Alternative Medical Treatments, Surgical and Wound care. Generally, the patient is assigned a medical team, which comes up with a treatment plan. Our physicians work closely with medical professionals such as physical and occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, dietitians, nursing teams, and social workers to provide you with specialized care targeted at your unique problems.
