David Shin - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client insurance accounts and update information.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Generate a minimum of 4 qualified insurance quotes per day.
- Accurately log calls and maintain client information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance (required).
- Property/Casualty & Life/Health license (required).
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
