- Disciplined to follow schedules, policies, and procedures of British Swim School
- Able to multi-task using phone systems and appropriate computer programs.
- Ability to lead, train and coach associates on sales and customer service matters
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and sales experience, with a proven track record of training/coaching/leading other team members
- High School or some college education or equivalent experience.

This is a remote position.
