ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Team Member to join our agency. This role is essential in helping our customers protect their assets and achieve their financial goals. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of customer accounts. You will work closely with the State Farm Agent and the team to ensure that our customers receive personalized attention and support for their insurance and financial needs. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth within the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with potential customers to identify their insurance and financial needs.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Policy Administration: Manage client accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Sales: Educate clients on various insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health coverage. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Account Review: Conduct regular account reviews with clients to assess their coverage and provide recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the State Farm Agent and team members to develop strategies for client retention and growth.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and account activity in the agency's management system.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community events and initiatives to promote the agency and strengthen relationships within the local community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
  • Required to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Required to obtain Life and Health License
  • Preferred Bilingual Spanish

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
