We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Representative to help our team create a smooth, high-quality client experience every day. What You’ll Do
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, and connect them with the right team member quickly
- Handle incoming inquiries, respond professionally, and keep client information accurate
- Schedule appointments and support day-to-day office communication
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up proactively to ensure client satisfaction
- Support both retention and acquisition efforts by:
- building relationships
- identifying additional client needs
- offering solutions (with training and guidance)
- Assist with conversations that support client retention and help prospective clients explore options that fit their needs
- Complete administrative tasks and special projects to keep the office running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service or receptionist experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication skills with a welcoming, professional presence
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Comfortable having confident, sales-support conversations (confidence is key!)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/software tools

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
