Key Responsibilities
As an RN Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and leadership across the facility. Key duties include:

Leadership & Supervision:
- Oversee and manage all supervisory duties for the assigned unit.
- Schedule and assign nursing staff to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Mentor and guide less experienced nurses with clinical and career development advice.

Policy & Standards:
- Establish and update nursing policies and procedures.
- Maintain and uphold the highest standards of care for residents.

Resident Care:
- Develop individualized, comprehensive care plans for residents.
- Monitor resident care quality and oversee documentation of care services.
- Address questions or complaints from residents and families with compassion.

Operations Management:
- Maintain nursing supply inventory and a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with upper management to represent unit interests and implement improvements.
Qualifications
We are seeking diverse candidates with a range of expertise to fill these positions. Requirements include:
- Valid New York State RN License.
- 3 years of experience in long-term care (preferred).
- 2 years of charge nurse or supervisory experience (preferred).
- Strong computer and documentation skills.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Bilingual Mandarin/English for one position.
