As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Caleb Cyprian - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Property/Casualty and Life/Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Must have prior State Farm experience.
Please note, this is a fully remote position based in Eastern Standard Time. Applicants from anywhere in the US are encouraged to apply, but must be comfortable working 9am-5pm EST.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
