Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapies to improve function and recovery
- Track patient progress and adjust care plans when needed
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and adhere to all regulations
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver coordinated care
- Educate patients about their condition and promote long-term wellbeing

- Licensed to practice in New York

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
