The basic functions of a qualified Sales & Customer Service Rep is to provide an awesome experience to prospective and current customers. He/she  answers the phone regarding the services and the consistency we provide. He/she ensures providing an estimate of our services to prospects and provides quality inspections to our current customers to ensure consistency and quality of services. 
 
The Customer Service & Sales Representative must have a GREAT attitude and an eye for detail. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Our ideal Customer Service and Sales Representative can provide warm customer service to our long-term clients as well as upbeat and persuasive sales to our new clients, both over the phone and via email. 
 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Attracts customers by answering product and services questions
  • Maintains customer records by updating our customers' records and scheduling information 
  • Maintains customer accounts accurately by evidencing phone calls, estimates, and follow-up on prospects. 
  • Conducts outbound sales and customer service calls 
  • Assists all customers with inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner, both on the telephone and in person.
  • Follows and maintains Quality Assurance Standards as issued by the company
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Good interpersonal skills; enjoy making customers happy and able to relate to a variety of people in a responsible and cooperative manner.
  • Capable of neat, thorough, accurate work (extremely detail-oriented) with good organizational skills.
  • Possess a great attitude and think like a solution provider.
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • You will be required to perform "in the field" with quality control checks
  • You will be required to assist in the effective operation of dispatch, training, and recruitment, whenever required. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Must report directly to the Operations Manager
  • Keep our team motivated and ensure the Office atmosphere is positive
 
NECESSARY SKILLS: necessary
 
·         Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) a Must
·         Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
·         Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
·         Must work Monday through Friday., 8:00 am - 4:30pm 
·         Must have a car available every day to run errands as needed (gas expense will be reimbursed)
·         Fast learner with high levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality is a MUST
·         Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize various projects at the same time
·         Must be able to work well with a variety of people without creating or being a part of gossip or friction. A team    player attitude is essential.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or One to Two years of customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Possess sound numerical proficiency
  • Excellent work ethic and the ability to handle cash, checks, and credit cards responsibly
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure 
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Valid Driver's License and a good Driving History required
  • Must have a car available every day to run errands as needed (gas expense will be reimbursed)

Pay: $31,200.00 per year plus Sales Commission over 12 new recurrent customers per month
Compensation: $31,200.00 per year
