Rate: $50 – $55 per hour; retention bonus of $3,000 after 6 months
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Supervisor (RN) to support the growth and development of our home health agency. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring exceptional patient care while fostering team development and operational excellence. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee licensure, credentialing, hiring, and the day-to-day management of our home health aides and nursing staff.
Supervises: RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides

Leadership and Management
- Direct and oversee clinical teams, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality home care services.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical staff, ensuring licensure and credentials are up-to-date.
- Conduct regular supervisory visits, performance evaluations, and provide mentorship for clinical staff.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment to promote staff growth and retention.

Patient Care Coordination
- Oversee patient care plans, ensuring services align with client needs and physician directives.
- Assign clinicians to cases and coordinate care delivery.
- Perform patient admissions, reassessments, and supervisory visits as needed.
- Act as a resource for families and caregivers, providing education and support on care delivery.

Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, home health policies, and nursing standards.
- Manage the accuracy and timeliness of clinical documentation and medical records.
- Conduct chart reviews and quality assurance activities to maintain accreditation standards.
- Assist with licensure and credentialing processes for agency compliance.

Operational and Strategic Support
- Contribute to agency strategic planning, including service delivery enhancements and patient care initiatives.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts to grow the agency’s patient base.
- Assist with resource management, including maintaining adequate supplies and equipment.

On-Call Support
- Participate in the clinical on-call rotation, providing support during after-hours emergencies as needed.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in home health nursing (supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations, reimbursement sources, and documentation requirements.

Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and home health software systems.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification.
- Other Requirements: Licensed driver with insured vehicle as per Georgia state requirements.
