Job Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor manages the front desk team, ensuring exceptional service for guests or clients. This role involves supervising check-in/check-out procedures, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring the front desk operates efficiently.  This role involves developing sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The supervisor ensures a positive guest or client experience, upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Front Desk Operations: Oversee daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments. Ensure efficient handling of all guest or client inquiries.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed. 

  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and provide guidance to front desk staff. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure all staff are adhering to company policies, procedures and meeting sales goals.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests or clients, address complaints, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, including guest information, billing, and incident reports. 

  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the front desk team, management. Communicate important updates or issues to all relevant parties.

  • Problem Resolution: Address any challenges that arise, whether related to guest complaints, operational issues, or emergencies.
Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in front desk software, Microsoft Office, and office equipment.
Hours (may very)- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM 
Weekend Availability is Required
Compensation: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
