Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet and assist customers, and provide expert advice on bird feeding, birdwatching, and nature-related products
- Retail experience preferred but not required
- Must have a desire to deliver high-energy customer service
- Must be able to consistently lift 20-50 lbs.
- Ability to climb a 10 foot-ladder
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and spend extended periods on your feet.
- Comfortable with computers and able to use a computer-based POS system (training provided)
- Interest in the backyard bird feeding hobby, nature and wildlife is preferred but not required. We will train you!
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20-50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will include closing and weekend shifts, and working during busy holiday periods and sales.
