Position Overview:
The Business Development Representative at ServiceMaster Restore manages relationships with current and new customers and referral sources. This role involves identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities through proactive prospecting, developing solid partnerships, and providing exceptional customer service to drive business growth. Most importantly, we are looking to this position to sell new jobs for the company.
Customer Relationship Management: 
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with ServiceMaster Restoration Services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution. 
New Business Development: 
Identify and target potential customers and referral sources to expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, leveraging this knowledge to tailor sales strategies.
Utilize various prospecting methods to generate new business leads, including cold calling, E-mail marketing, networking events, and online research. 
Referral Source Engagement: 
Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources, including insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and contractors.
Develop referral programs and strategies to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote ServiceMaster Restore and establish connections with potential referral partners. 
Sales and Revenue Growth: 
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Annual Goal is (1) One Million
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. 
Account Management:
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Regularly follow up with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. 
Collaboration and Communication: 
Work closely with the operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
·       Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration, construction, or related industry.
·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and            referral sources.
·       Resilience to rejection.
·       Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
·       Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
·       Proficient daily usage of CRM software, Luxor and other sales tools.
·       High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
·       1-3 years of sales experience or prior sales training is required
·       Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
·       Highly motivated, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys the selling process.
·       Can effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups.
·       Local and regional travel may be required for trade shows, training, networking events, and selling                      services immediately after catastrophic events.
·       Some work required outside of traditional working hours to network and represent the company at                      business social events.
·       Skilled in using social media and other web-based sales tools, which is required.
·       Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office Software.
        Ability to work independently, with limited supervision, and consistently hit sales goals. 
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
