Position: Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member
Location: On-site, Rogers, Arkansas

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth
Conduct policy reviews and make clear recommendations to clients
Oversee resolution of complex customer issues (liaison between clients and agency departments)
Use your insurance knowledge to recommend, explain, and sell policies to:
- Cold leads
- Warm leads

What We’re Looking For

Experience in insurance sales or account management (preferred)
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets (or strong sales drive)
Willingness to engage in sales conversations
Bilingual — Spanish
