Job Summary
We are seeking a Electrical Foreman to join our team! In this role, you will oversee all new and ongoing jobs, maintenance, and personnel management. You will be responsible for training employees and ensuring they adhere to all safety regulations and to make sure jobs are completed accurately and within deadlines. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Foreman and a history of strong leadership.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all employees follow safety regulations
- Meet with all employees for regular performance reviews
- Technical training
- Deliver feedback to upper management
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance
- Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment
- Maintain adequate levels of inventory and reorder as needed
- Create employee schedules
- Other administrative tasks as necessary
- Necessary materials needed to complete the job
- Scheduling
- Completing jobs within a certain deadline
- Permits
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Foreman or similar position is preferred
- Foreman training or certification is preferred
- Proper understand and completing everything to CODE
- Deep understanding of work optimization methods
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
- Customer service skills
- 5 year minimum electrical experience
Compensation: $72,000.00 per year
