EHR Epic Rev Cycle Analyst

Seeking an Epic-certified Technical Specialist to build and support Resolute Hospital Billing Claims, Resolute Professional Billing Claims, and Long-Term Care Billing modules for the DSOHF EHR system. The role involves configuring, testing, and maintaining Epic applications while ensuring alignment with organizational workflows and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support for assigned Epic modules.
- Design, build, and test Epic workflows and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Implement system changes and ensure compliance with operational policies.
- Collaborate with end-users, Epic staff, and leadership to optimize workflows.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates.
Required Skills
- Epic Certifications: Resolute Hospital & Professional Billing Claims, Long-Term Care Billing (required).

Experience:
- 8+ years in Epic implementation/Health IT.
- 5+ years in claims setup, testing, and root cause analysis.
- 8+ years in application development, integration, and security.
- Strong understanding of billing office functions and revenue cycle management.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for skilled nursing care.
- Proven experience with software testing and full-cycle Epic implementations.
