About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Supervisor to join our team at Velazquez Pain Relief Center in Las Vegas, NV. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our billing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the billing department, including staff supervision and training
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims and patient billing
- Resolve billing discrepancies and issues with insurance companies and patients
- Monitor and analyze billing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare administration
- Proficiency in billing software and electronic health records systems
- Strong knowledge of medical coding and insurance claim procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Certification in medical billing and coding is a plus
- ASC Billing experience a plus
