ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a team of four. My career with State Farm began in 1995 in Claims Operations, then I later became an Agency Liaison, which gave me the opportunity to work closely with many agents and learn from their success before opening my own office.

I’m a father of three and truly enjoyed being part of my kids’ activities growing up. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active - whether that’s going to the gym, golfing, or spending time outdoors. I also have a strong passion for sports.

Our team is built on listening first and delivering exceptional care to our customers. We take pride in helping people understand their coverage and making sure they’re prepared for the unexpected.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Eric Kaneda - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • If not currently licensed, you will be required to obtain insurance licensing.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
