What You’ll Do:

Consult with Clients: Build strong connections with policyholders to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Answer Inbound Calls: Address questions, provide guidance, and deliver top-notch service.
Design Custom Policies: Offer insurance plans that fit individual clients’ unique circumstances.
Cross-Sell Services: Enhance client portfolios with additional products to meet their needs.
Build Relationships: Foster trust and loyalty with clients for long-term satisfaction.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry.

What You Bring to the Table:

Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and service.
A genuine desire to build lasting client relationships.
A commitment to daily success and continuous improvement.
Experience with an Allstate agency (preferred but not required).
A valid Property/Casualty license (required).
