In order to handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, we are seeking a highly qualified call center professional to join our team. The ideal applicant will pick things up quickly, be able to memorize scripts, and be able to modify them should problems occur during a call. In addition to answering questions, offering advice, giving directions, and helping with purchases, this individual will manage a number of crucial support duties. Being the face of our business, the call center agent needs to be passionate about assisting customers and ensuring their satisfaction in addition to having outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Objectives:

  • Managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls promptly is one of the role's goals. 
  • Another is adhering to conversation scripts and using product and service knowledge to deviate from them when needed. 
  • Determine client needs, investigate problems, address grievances, and offer solutions 
  • Maintain call ownership throughout the caller's request lifecycle, including escalation team follow-ups. Suggest system and process enhancements to increase organizational effectiveness. 

Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue of the company's current product suite and take advantage of upselling opportunities when appropriate. 
  • Develop positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, making sure that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately. 
  • Create and keep track of daily issues and corrective measures taken using a call center database; meet daily qualitative and quantitative goals for yourself and your team; and accomplish all service, productivity, and quality objectives. 
  •  Make use of the call center's data and insights to suggest and impact process enhancements. 
 
 

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
