We are looking for a competent, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team! The ideal applicant will prioritize customer satisfaction in whatever they do and have prior experience in a comparable environment. Making outgoing calls to consumers and answering incoming calls to fulfill their demands are the main responsibilities of the position.
Duties
• Respond to incoming consumer calls and help them with their questions.
• Before discussing accounts, products, or information, confirm customers' identities in accordance with corporate policies.
• Maintain current customer data in the internal CRM system.
• Answer consumer questions, give product details, and collect payments over the phone.
• When necessary, make outbound calls to clients about contract or product renewals or other services they might require.
• Verify that the CRM system has a record of every sale and product or service sold.
• Always operate in accordance with data security policies.
• Always give consumers polite, helpful service, and make sure they leave your call feeling pleased and content.
• Report client grievances to management or the complaints staff.
