OVERVIEW:
The Customer Care Representative is the face of the agency and the front line of the Retention Team. They are responsible for providing World-Class service in handling the daily needs of existing customers by being proactive problem solvers and educators.
THE BOTTOM LINE:

The Customer Care Representative keeps the whole ship afloat by engaging with our existing customers to provide World-Class service. The Customer Care Representative’s role is to turn any customer interaction into a positive experience, support current agency focus or promotions, and assist in daily business operations.

- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
