What You’ll Do:
As an Insurance Sales Professional, you’ll help grow a local Allstate agency by connecting with prospects, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and building long-term relationships built on trust and expert advice. You’ll receive hands-on support, continuous training, and a clear path to success.
Hybrid Work Model:

First 90 Days: In-office, Monday–Friday (training period)

After Training: Hybrid schedule – 2 days in-office, 3 days remote
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and meet/exceed monthly sales goals
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to understand their insurance needs
- Follow up on warm leads and consistently work your sales pipeline
- Cross-sell to existing customers to deepen client relationships
- Educate clients on how to protect what matters most
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that lead to referrals and repeat business
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in sales or a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven role
- Fast learner with the ability to absorb product and industry knowledge quickly
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in a goal-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, persistent, and resilient under pressure
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Insurance experience a plus but not required – we’ll train the right candidate!
