We are looking for a courteous and professional call center representative to provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries, managing complaints, and resolving issues. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to ensure a positive experience for every caller. The representative will actively listen to clients, address their concerns, and provide accurate responses.
To succeed, candidates should have a strong customer focus, attention to detail, and efficiency, along with qualities like politeness, reliability, knowledge, and adaptability.

- Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries in a professional manner.
