Job Description

Job Type: Remote, Philippines-Based
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: Competitive, based on regional market rates

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with at least 3 years of experience in operations support, marketing strategy, and project coordination. This role will provide essential support to Anna, the COO, ensuring operational efficiency and assisting in strategic marketing efforts. Your ability to manage complex tasks and execute marketing initiatives will be key to the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the COO with managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing team calendars.
  • Create visually engaging content and designs using Canva for presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including managing social media posts, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze marketing and operational data to provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support operational and marketing objectives.
Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations support, digital marketing, or project coordination.
  • Proven expertise in Canva design and creating professional visuals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with operations workflows and business strategies is a plus.
