We are seeking an experienced Epic Hospital Billing Analyst with a strong background in revenue cycle operations, hospital billing, and Epic system workflows. The ideal candidate excels in leadership, communication, and collaboration while delivering optimized billing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Claims and Electronic Remittance Administration (ERA) modules.
Collaborate with revenue cycle and business leaders to align workflows with Epic functionalities.
Manage third-party vendor integrations (e.g., Experian, Relay Health).
Apply expertise in hospital billing, claims processing, and revenue cycle workflows.

Qualifications:

Certifications: Epic Resolute HB Claims, ERA, and HB Administration (Required).
Experience: 5+ years in revenue cycle/healthcare with demonstrated Epic build expertise.
Strong leadership, verbal/written communication, and teamwork skills.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and drive results.
