ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Relationship Building: Engage with clients, prospects, and community members to foster long-term relationships.
  • Networking: Actively participate in local events and outreach programs to connect with centers of influence and expand your network.
  • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
  • Lead Generation: Leverage existing relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential leads and enhance sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must possess a valid Property & Casualty License.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or related industry.
  • Proven track record in sales or a similar role, with a strong focus on relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Experience in community outreach and networking is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
