Key Responsibilities:

Refurbishment:
- Inspect, repair, and restore products to optimal working conditions.
- Perform detailed cleaning and maintenance of returned, used, or surplus items.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor functional issues with products.

Warehouse Operations:
- Load and unload trucks with products efficiently and safely.
- Organize and store items systematically in the warehouse.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure refurbished items meet quality standards before resale.
- Document refurbishment processes and maintain detailed records.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with warehouse associates and supervisors to achieve daily goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in product refurbishment, repair, or cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment required for refurbishment.
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
