- Make outbound calls to current customers to schedule their yearly maintenance.
- Take inbound calls.
- Make every effort to compress call scheduling effectively to maximize productivity and revenue.
- Share responsibility to ensure that all Technicians arrive at their designated appointments on time.
- Notify clients ahead of time without fail if the Technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window.
- Reschedule appointment times at client’s convenience as necessary.
- Communicate with team members to arrange efficient delivery of parts to Technicians in the field so that they can stay on the job.
- Strictly adhere to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule.
- Debrief with Technicians upon job completion to identify any outstanding client satisfaction issues.
- Notify the Operations Manager if a Technician is not performing at maximum acceptable performance standards.
- Enter equipment type and age information for systems to keep accurate client data and aide in generating future sales leads.
- Obey the Company Code of Ethics, Team Rules and Team Philosophy.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Must have good computer software skills.
- Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
