Position Overview

As a Customer Relations Representative with Ray Frazer State Farm, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. 

·         Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

·         Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

·         Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

·         Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

·         Support the Agency with various administrative tasks and projects.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Detail-oriented and able to multitask

·         Able to learn computer functions

·         Ability to work in a team environment
