KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide clients with clear, comprehensive information about our insurance products and services.
- Assist clients through the policy application and renewal processes, ensuring they feel confident and informed.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Keep accurate and organized records of all client interactions to ensure smooth and efficient service.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently without losing attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
