Looking for retail hardware sales associates who enjoy DIY projects and interacting with customers in our electrical, plumbing, outdoor living, lawn & garden, and paint departments.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, and helpful. Learn important life skills such as product knowledge in hardware, paint, plumbing and electrical all while helping others. Position Summary:
· Primary responsibilities are but not limited to:
Repair/replace window screens.
Sharpen knives, mower blades and saw chain
Retail customer support
Minimum Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Retail experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Position Requirements:
· Ability to follow specific instructions and perform duties as assigned by your direct supervisor.
· Work independently, establishing priorities, managing workload and time wisely.
· Possess strong communication skills with associates and customers.
· Ability to work additional or flexible hours including weekends.
· Basic computer knowledge and skills, Retail Systems/MS Office experience preferred.
· Able to communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers.
· Ability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, partial and full shifts.
· Ability to work at or flex between store locations as needed.
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
