We are British Swim School Milwaukee South and Western Suburbs. We teach survival focused swimming lessons to nearly 1000 swimmers EACH WEEK in our Delafield location. We expect to do the same, if not more, at our new Cudahy location before the end of this year!. We have a unique, fun, challenging, and demanding role for the right person! We’ve grown year-over-year since we started in the Spring of ’17, and need to hire a dynamic leader to our already awesome team to help us take our business to next level!

The Position:
The Site Director oversees the “day-to-day” operations of the business, including interacting with customers, staff, and pool partners. The Site. Director owns the successful and safe operation of the pool to ensure the pool is NOT the reason for not holding lessons.

This is a full-time, salary position reporting to the Franchise Owner.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe, efficient, and brand running operation.
Hire, train, lead, and develop employees.
Articulately educate our services to our customers.
Develop and implement class schedules and staffing plans.
Manage inventory and monitor equipment.
Develop and adhere to the annual budget

What We Need From You:
· Short learning curve/comprehension of the intricacies of the program.

· Ambition, initiative, good judgement, continuous curiosity.

· Experience leading a 5 to 20 member part-time team across multiple shifts.

· Examples of coaching up and/or out.

· usiness operations knowledge.

· Exemplary customer service skills.

· Detail oriented.

· Sense of urgency.

· Results driven.

· Multi-tasking. Ability to prioritize multiple objectives.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Flexibility and desire to spend time at alternative site for onboarding, training, continuous training, and coverage.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Basic ‘handy man’ abilities.

· Aquatics background.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee (franchise owner).
