I’ve been a State Farm agent for 18 years, and before that I spent time in a corporate leadership role with State Farm — experience that shaped how I lead and support others today. Our team is small but mighty, with three full-time team members who work together in a friendly, supportive environment. I’m also very invested in helping my team succeed, not just professionally, but personally too — because when people feel supported, they do their best work.

Outside of the office, I’m a proud University of Akron graduate with a B.S. in Business, and I’ve earned both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations through The American College. I spend my time outside of work with my family, training for cycling races, and staying involved through my church and a local Annapolis-area Christian school.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Brown - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
