We are open now for referrals and can accept AHCCCS, American Indian Health Program, Tribal ALTCS, TRBHA's, private pay and United Healthcare.
FBHH homes are high-quality, structured, homelike facilities for individuals experiencing a behavioral health issue and need short-term, 24-hour supervision and counseling or other therapeutic activities but who do not require on-site medical services.
FBHH plans to expand in the near future, offering residential facilities for male and underage clients.
Program Overview
The primary program goal for all residents is the reduction of behavioral symptoms, which are preventing the establishment, or re-establishment of interpersonal and independent living skills necessary to reach a more satisfactory quality of life. Because each resident is a unique individual with his or her own set of strengths and challenges, a second important goal is the development and implementation of a comprehensive individualized care and treatment plan for each individual which realistically addresses the issues relevant to the individual’s successful rehabilitation to the greatest degree possible. And because treatment goals focus on appropriate adjustment to the demands of everyday life, the third program goal is that the individual participates, to maximum extent possible, not only in the development of his or her treatment plan, but in its implementation and periodic review and adjustment.
