We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to handle service calls, warranty repairs, and homeowner requests. If you are a reliable problem-solver with a passion for delivering top-notch service, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing service and repair tasks, including warranty work and homeowner call resolutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, ensuring efficient and accurate solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain repairs and services performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and company standards.
- Document service calls, repairs, and parts used accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in residential plumbing service.
- Licensing: Current plumbing license or certification (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
