As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nate Cruce State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and needs- based discovery conversations. We act as a liaison between customer needs and agency and company departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively educating them and marketing a broad range of relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services
- Uncover customer needs through on-purpose interactions
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses
- Maintain accurate records of customer and prospect interactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technologically capable; typing proficiency, working knowledge of "Microsoft Office" products and the ability to learn new programs and applications are a must
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
