About Us
Fischer Insurance Agency Inc. is a local Agency that has been serving the Hampton Roads area for 20 years. We are licensed in all of VA and NC. This opportunity will be for a Virginia Beach location set to open in July 2025 however the start date would be much sooner based on experience and licensing.
Compensation Package
This role comes with an estimated annual salary of $40,000-$50,000, reflecting industry standards and location factors.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and direct them to the relevant team members
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and office interactions
- Handle incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
- Initiate sales discussions with clients, identifying potential insurance solutions
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow up on client requirements
- Contribute to administrative tasks and projects within the team
Qualifications
- Background in a receptionist or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with engaging in sales conversations
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
