Job Summary
● The Aesthetic Injector -  is a leadership and educator role, responsible for providing both client care and education to clients regarding wellness and aesthetic services and treatments including regenerative medicine, hormone replacement, IV Therapy, and injectable treatments such as neurotoxin, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic enhancements. As an Aesthetic Injector, you will play a crucial role in providing aesthetic consultations, procedures, follow-up to clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes and manage clients’ medical records. The Aesthetic Injector must represent the Relive brand and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. 

Responsibilities
● Responsible for  understanding, identifying, and treating clients’ aesthetic desires and concerns. Formulate treatment plans, which include diagnosis, counseling and offering hormone replacement therapy treatments and aesthetic services to clients. 
  •  The job responsibilities of a nurse injector at Relive Health may include the following:

    Primary Responsibilities 

    1. Injectable Treatments:

      • Administering injectables such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments in compliance with safety protocols.
      • Conducting patient consultations to understand aesthetic goals and recommending appropriate treatments.
    2. HRT-Related Services:

      • Administering hormone replacement therapy (HRT) injections if applicable to the clinic’s offerings.
      • Monitoring patients for any adverse reactions and ensuring proper documentation.
    3. Patient Education:

      • Educating patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care to optimize results.
      • Providing guidance on additional services or products to enhance outcomes.
    4. Safety and Compliance:

      • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for aesthetic and medical treatments.
      • Maintaining cleanliness and sterilization standards for all equipment and treatment areas.
    5. Client Relationship Management:

      • Building strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
      • Following up with patients to monitor results and address any concerns.
    6. Team Collaboration:

      • Working closely with medical directors and other staff to ensure seamless patient care.
      • Assisting with training or mentoring new staff as needed.
    7. Administrative Duties:

      • Keeping detailed, accurate records of all treatments performed.
      • Managing appointments and ensuring smooth scheduling for patients.
    8. Continuous Education:

      • Staying updated on the latest aesthetic and HRT procedures, products, and technologies.
      • Attending training and certification courses as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where the practice is located.
    Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure is a plus but not always necessary.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a medical setting (e.g., dermatology, plastic surgery, or a med spa) is often preferred.
  • Prior experience with injectables, HRT, or similar treatments is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and proficiency in administering injectables.
    • Ability to customize treatments to meet individual patient goals.
  • Excellent patient consultation and education abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build patient trust and rapport.
  • Attention to Detail: Precise technique and adherence to safety protocols during procedures.
Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
