Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals (FNOL)
- Perform excellent customer service
- Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
- Dispatch leads to appropriate management team
- Analyze dispatch report
- Help coordinate on-call schedule
- Perform general administration
- Be a great team member that lends a hand anytime she/he can
- Starting pay rate $15/hour
- Hours 10:00am-6:00pm
- Benefits include: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement plan
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Ability to pass drug screen
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite of products, as well as internal cloud-based systems
