Responsibilities:

Implement treatment and care plans using sound judgment and critical thinking
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes
Provide personalized, compassionate care to patients in their homes

Job Requirements:

Current unrestricted Texas RN License
Current CPR certification
Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance in your name
TB skin test results within 1 year of hire or Chest X-Ray within 5 years
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
At least 1 year of experience in home health or a facility setting
Pediatric history preferred
Wound care experience is mandatory
Mandatory Saturdays and on-call availability on Sundays
Must be available for ONE day during the week
