In 1969, Bruce Finch opened the very first Taco Time in Lewiston, Idaho, laying the foundation for what would grow into a family-owned company with restaurants across the Valley. By the late 1970s, Taco Time expanded into Clarkston and Moscow, and for a time Pullman as well (operated until 2009).
