For Happy Day Restaurants, Taco Time is where it all began. In 1969, Bruce Finch opened the very first Taco Time in Lewiston, Idaho, laying the foundation for what would grow into a family-owned company with restaurants across the Valley. By the late 1970s, Taco Time expanded into Clarkston and Moscow, and for a time Pullman as well (operated until 2009). Today, we proudly serve our communities from three locations: Lewiston (1969), Clarkston (1979), and Moscow (1973).
