As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Gonzalez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Gonzalez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
