This role functions as a Sales Manager, ideal for someone with a strong background in leadership and a passion for motivating others.
We’re looking for a high-energy, naturally charismatic individual who people gravitate toward—someone who can coach, mentor, and uplift a team while contributing to the agency’s growth and culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Set the tone for a positive, collaborative, and high-performing office environment.
- Identify training opportunities and provide ongoing support to develop team members.
- Engage with customers and leads to model best-in-class sales and service.
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales management or team leadership.
- Natural ability to connect with people and inspire confidence.
- High energy, enthusiastic, and a positive force on any team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping others succeed and creating a motivating work environment.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
