Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ financial situations and needs.
- Present and explain various insurance and financial products, including life insurance, health insurance, retirement plans, and investment options.
- Develop customized financial plans and insurance solutions for clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to obtain necessary licenses (if applicable).

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
