Arts Bonita seeks a personable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patron Services Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and patrons, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include customer service, administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operations of Arts Bonita’s programs and events.
Key Responsibilities:

Visitor Engagement:
- Welcome and check-in visitors, ensuring they feel valued and directed to the appropriate studios or classrooms.
- Provide assistance and information about programs, classes, and events.

Registration and Payment Processing:
- Register and process payments for classes, workshops, and special events for people of all ages.
- Sell tickets for performances and events in person, by mail, and over the phone.

Customer Communication:
- Answer and transfer calls and communicate professionally and pleasantly with patrons.
- Respond promptly and courteously to email correspondence.

Daily Operations:
- Batch out sales at the end of the day and reconcile paperwork accurately.
- Ensure campus security by checking doors and securing the premises at closing.

Administrative Support:
- Restock lobby marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and flyers.
- Record registrations and sales data in databases and Microsoft Excel or Word accurately and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience working with databases.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

The Visual Arts Center, 26100 Old 41 Road, is comprised of multiple fine art galleries and fully equipped art studios, a gift store, and beautiful sculpture gardens. A variety of classes are offered at this center, including painting, drawing, pottery, and sculpture.
The Performing Arts Center, 10150 Bonita Beach Road, is home to the 400-seat Hinman Auditorium and the 200-seat Moe Auditorium & Film Center. At this diverse center, patrons can enjoy an ongoing array of live music, theatre, comedy, film, lectures, and youth & adult classes in art, music, theatre, and dance.
