What You’ll Do:
- Engage in telemarketing and phone sales to generate leads and close deals.
- Proactively contact potential customers to discuss their insurance needs.
- Provide tailored solutions for auto, home, and other personal lines insurance products.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and quotes to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Hold the insurance license required by your state by start date. Prior Licensed Applicants will have preference but will train the right person.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a source of reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate ability to learn the knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations needed to effectively secure new business and maintain existing client base.
- Possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales.
- Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
- Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making and superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment and Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
