Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities:
- Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Insurance service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, insurance claim submissions, insurance billing clarification, confirms insurance policies for accuracy in a timely fashion, performs timely follow-up and resolution related to potential insurance cancellations, etc.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate insurance customers about insurance options and close the sale
- Network to develop prospective insurance customers and be able to close sale for all leads provided by agency and self-developed
- Answer calls from customers promptly and provide a high level of service.
- Review accounts during all communication to maximize discounts and address all gaps in coverages
- Provide on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

- Insurance agency experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese preferred
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses are required, or the ability to acquire asap

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
